“STAR-VICTIM OF EO-DISCRIMINATION”
US Army: According to the regulation and paper standard, there is Zero tolerant of racial discrimination but 100% in reality and in practical exercise. The United States Army has Zero tolerant in terms of Racial Discrimination and other discrminiting factors. The US Army has the standard regulation for "EO and Discrimination". The Department Of Defense (DOD) is very dedicated to put this core rules and regulations in to the AR (Army Regulation). The official Army regulation is as strong like as a star. This AR can not be a falling stars but in reality we often see a falling stars. When we see a falling star we try to wish some thaing that we may want. It is said that, "if you see a falling star and if you make a wish it become true". I am not sure about this ancient saying, but I never meet any one who's wish became true.
What would happen if you see a falling star in terms of Army Regulation by the empowerment of DOD? What do I mean by the falling star? It should not be that critical to understand that I am talking about the Army Rules and Regulations. Still now a day there are many falling stars in US Army Rules and Regulations. All of the rules and regulation are paper based and the practice of field work is way different than the standard. I want to bring this topic because I have a lot of experience by being a US Naturalized Citizen served in the US Army as well as turned in to a 70% service disabled Veteran after serving in "Operation Iraqi freedom" in 2003. I have seen what could be a devastating conspiracy and had experienced injustices by being a "Whistle Blower" as the vindiction of "Retaliation" I was begging for Justics, it was just a game for them but crutial for my career. Did anybody really care about it? Nope, nobody even showed a justified behavior.
I was just treated with unjustics and the I was a "STAR-VICTIM" of "EO-DISCRIMINATION". Nothing happen to them but me. I do not want to say that, I hate them, I dislike them, but they are the one who hated me, who disliked me, Why? What was my fault? Was that because I am a Muslim and have a different skin and have a different language and higher educated than many of them? I still dont know, I want to write my whole experience through this Bloger. Lets starts taking. Please help me out by providing strength and feedback.
